We are bringing together artists, writers, creators, collectors, small businesses, and fellow Pedro Pascal fans for a community giveaway supporting verified relief organizations helping people affected by the earthquake in Venezuela.

The purpose of this project is to encourage direct donations to trusted organizations providing emergency assistance, medical care, food, shelter, children’s services, and long-term recovery support.

We are not collecting or handling donations. All donations made by giveaway participants will go directly to the verified organizations listed on our website.

We are looking for generous community members who may be willing to donate a prize for the giveaway.

Your contribution can be something handmade, creative, collectible, digital, practical, or simply meaningful to the community.

Ideas for Donated Prizes

You are welcome to donate something such as:

• Original artwork, prints, stickers, or handmade items

• Writing commissions, fanfiction, poems, or custom digital creations

What We Need From Prize Donors

We may use the photo, description, and creator name or handle to feature your donated prize on the giveaway website and Instagram promotion.

Shipping Information

Prize donors are responsible for mailing or delivering their prize to the selected winner unless another arrangement is made in advance.

Please only offer shipping locations that feel realistic and comfortable for you.

Timing

Please submit your prize donation form by Monday, July 13th.

We will contact you if we need clarification, additional photos, or confirmation before your item is listed.

Once the giveaway ends, we will contact you with the selected winner’s shipping information and any next steps.

How the Giveaway Will Work

Each donated item will be assigned a prize number and featured on the Venezuela Relief Giveaway page with a photo, description, creator credit, and shipping availability.

Participants will enter by completing the giveaway form and typing in the prize number they would like to win.

They may enter for more than one prize, but they will need to submit a separate form for each prize number.

For example, if someone would like to enter for Prize #3 and Prize #11, they would submit one form for Prize #3 and another form for Prize #11.

We are strongly encouraging everyone who is able to donate directly to one of the verified organizations supporting Venezuela relief. Participants who donate may upload proof of their donation with their entry so we can better understand the collective impact this community is making for Venezuela relief. Please feel free to cover any personal or payment information before uploading.

Because winners will be chosen at random, we also need to include a free entry option. This helps keep the giveaway fair, accessible, and structured appropriately for a random drawing.

Donations are deeply appreciated and are the heart of this project, but they cannot be required for entry or provide additional chances to win.

Anyone entering for a specific prize will have the same chance of being selected, whether they donated or used the free-entry option.

After the giveaway closes, one winner will be selected at random for each prize from the eligible entries submitted for that specific item.

Why We Are Doing It This Way

The goal of this giveaway is to encourage direct support for Venezuela Earthquake relief while also making sure people are not excluded if they are unable to donate.

We want this to have real impact. We hope the prizes encourage people who are able to contribute, help bring attention to trusted organizations, and show the collective care the Pedro Fandom has for Venezuela.

At the same time, because this has to be a random giveaway, we need to make sure participation is not treated like paying or donating for a chance to win.

That is why donations are strongly encouraged but not required, why there is a free entry option, and why donations cannot provide extra entries or better odds.

This structure helps protect the organizers and everyone involved while allowing us to be transparent about how the giveaway works and keep the focus where it belongs: supporting relief efforts and showing up for people who need help.

All donations will be made directly to the verified organizations listed on our website. We will not collect, process, hold, or receive any donation money.

Participants who choose to donate may upload proof of their donation so we can better understand the collective impact this community is making for Venezuela relief. Any proof submitted will only be used to verify entries and help us track the overall impact of the campaign. Participants are encouraged to cover personal, banking, payment, or address information before uploading.

We will also clearly list each prize, the donor or creator credit when approved, shipping availability, and any restrictions so entrants know exactly what they are entering for.

Our goal is to make sure creators, donors, entrants, and supporters understand how the giveaway works, where donations are going, and how the prizes are being handled from beginning to end.

What Happens After the Giveaway Ends

After entries close, winners will be selected at random for each prize.

If your prize has a winner, we will contact you with the winner’s name and shipping information so you can send or deliver the item directly.

We will make every effort to clearly list prize details, shipping limitations, and delivery expectations before the giveaway begins so that both donors and entrants know what to expect.
