💜 The Birthday Project 2026
“Because You’re Here”
Every year, this fandom comes together to celebrate Pedro in a way that reflects who he is and who we are: thoughtful, creative, kind, and deeply human.
Two years ago, we brought his face to Times Square.
Last year, we created a massive, love-filled project that reached fans around the world and Pedro felt the love.
This year, we are creating something deeply personal.
Because You’re Here is a digital comfort book filled with real letters, stories, art, photos, pets, kindness, laughter, and gratitude from fans around the world. It is meant to be something Pedro can open on a hard day and feel lighter.
This project is made by humans, for a human.
Everyone is welcome.

✨ What You Can Submit
We are collecting the following types of submissions:
💌 Letters and Stories
We welcome original letters and short personal stories under 200 words. You may write freely or use one of our optional prompts, including comfort on a hard day, courage inspired by Pedro, creativity he sparked in you, connections made through the fandom, moments of laughter, or moments of hope and change. Original letters are always encouraged. Submissions will be loosely organized into themed pages so every note finds a meaningful place.
🎨 Art
Fan art is welcome, but submissions do not need to be fan art. We love original pieces Pedro might genuinely enjoy, including portraits, illustrations, comics, photography, collages, landscapes, still life, abstract work, and mixed media. All artwork must be human-made and original. AI-generated or stolen work is not permitted.
🐾 Pet Photos
Does your pet have a name inspired by Pedro or one of his characters? You are welcome to submit a photo along with a short “interview” under 200 words. You may answer any of our optional questions, such as your pet’s name and why, their personality in three words, what they are famous for at home, or one thing they would like Pedro to know. These entries should be short, silly, sweet, and fun.
💜 Kindness Receipts
We are collecting moments that show the good this fandom puts into the world. This includes charity and fundraiser efforts, community projects, volunteer work, and personal stories of choosing kindness. You may also share a short sentence explaining why you donated or participated. Screenshots and photos are welcome as long as any private information is blurred.
✨ Micro Messages
Micro messages are tiny, feel-good notes meant to provide quick comfort. These should be about 15 to 20 words. Prompts include thank-you notes, advice Pedro has given you without knowing it, what you hope he remembers about himself, something you appreciate that is not about fame, a hard day that got easier, or a lesson you still use today. These may be submitted on their own or with another entry.
🎬 Reviews
We are collecting genuine, thoughtful reviews of Pedro’s work that focus on his craft and performances. Reviews should not focus on appearance or exaggerated praise. Instead, we are looking for reflections on acting choices, voice, timing, vulnerability, chemistry, and scenes that stayed with you. You may include a short quote or your own summary and explain why it felt meaningful.
📩 How to Submit
All submissions must be original, human-created work. Please only submit your own writing, art, and photos, or work you have permission to share. AI-generated content and uncredited material are not allowed. Written submissions must remain under 200 words so we can include as many voices as possible.
When emailing your submission, please use the subject line format:
What you are submitting + Name to display + Country (optional)
Entries should be sent to pedrosbirthdayproject@gmail.com
If you experience any issues, please email thepascalpulse@gmail.com to ensure your submission is received.
